Grandma volunteered to watch Mirin so me and Michael could sneak out to watch X-men origin: Wolverine. We used to see the movie at least once a month but now it was more like once a year. I was surprised when they told us that it was $18 for both of us. When did the price go up to $9 per ticket? The movie was fun and Hugh Jackman was super super handsome.
On Sunday the mother's day, we all went to Aunt Lisa's house for a cookout. The weather was perfect not too hot. The hot dogs were really good. Mirin had not been eating much lately and I could not make she eat. Any suggestions about what to do when toddlers didn't want to eat? Mirin had a chance to play with older kids and she did very well. She was so tired by the time that we arrived home. She slept all the way from Fayetteville to Durham and went to bed after we got home.

Mirin(with daddy help) made me her first mother's day card. I loved it! It was hummmmm indescribable (literally).

Warren's baby doctor told me (in answer to the same question you asked) that "when they're hungry, they eat." They won't starve. If they eat veggies today and fruit tomorrow and chicken the next day - so be it! It will all balance out. Eventually, she will eat the house down - and have a growth spurt you won't believe!
It's really o.k.
Love you,
Ama
