I just love being in the south (even though I'm from Thailand). They have all kinds of festivals to name a few .. strawberry festival, dogwood festival, bbq festivals etc. The list will go on and on. Mirin and I met up with my aunt this past Saturday at one of the festivals "Ham and Yam festival" in downtown Smithfield. It was hot but fun. Mirin had her first funnel cake and loved it (like her mommy). We did a little bit of picnic near by the grave yard. I hoped we didn't disturb anybody.
Mirin passed out on the way home after having a lot of funnel cake and smoothie.
